AIMS To assist and support drug users in accessing tier 2 & 3 Southampton drug services by offering advice and information. The outreach team are able to go to service users in their own communities and support them. They also provide harm reduction advice to service users in their own communities. The service is a free, independent and rapid access service STATUS Voluntary (partnership between Cranstoun drug services and the Society of St James) TARGET GROUP 18 plus MODELS OF PRACTICE

| CONTACT DETAILS Outreach (SDOT) team members are able to go to individuals in their own communities. This can be their own home or a mutually suitable venue, for example a local café.
