AIMS
To provide an early intervention service to young people looked after in local authority children’s homes.

TARGET GROUP
Children and young people under the age of 16.

MODELS OF PRACTICE
• Information and advice for young people
• Practical help and support
• Health promotion
• Targeted drug education
• One-to-one support (brief interventions)
• Outreach
• Referral to diversionary activities
• Specialist advice and consultation for residential unit staff

Monday - Friday    9.00am - 5.00pm
