AIMS Provides a free, confidential early intervention information and advice service for young people. STATUS Charity TARGET GROUP Young people aged 12-18 years with particular focus on young people looked after, young people leaving care, young offenders, school excludees, children of drug using parent and homeless young people. MODELS OF PRACTICE • Information and advice for young people • Practical help and support • Health promotion • Targeted drug education • One-to-one support (brief interventions) • Outreach • Referral to diversionary activities |
