YOUNG PEOPLE'S SERVICE
EARLY INTERVENTION (Tier 2)
Anyone can call or attend these services

AIMS
Provides a free, confidential early intervention information and advice service for young people.

STATUS
Charity

TARGET GROUP
Young people aged 12-18 years with particular focus on young people looked after, young people leaving care, young offenders, school excludees, children of drug using parent and homeless young people.

MODELS OF PRACTICE
• Information and advice for young people
• Practical help and support
• Health promotion
• Targeted drug education
• One-to-one support (brief interventions)
• Outreach
• Referral to diversionary activities
OPENING HOURS
Monday – Friday    10.00am – 5.00pm

CATCHMENT AREA
Areas of high deprivation, high population density (0-18 age range) including Havant, East Hampshire, Test Valley, Basingstoke & Deane, Hart and Rushmoor
