AIMS To meet and support individuals in Southampton who are street homeless or are at risk of street homelessness. To assist people sleeping rough to exit a street lifestyle by accessing appropriate services to meet their needs. To support individuals in the positive choices they make to prevent them from returning to the street. STATUS Voluntary TARGET GROUP 18+ street homeless. MODELS OF PRACTICE • Generic and risk assessment • Referral to other services • Assertively seek accommodation • Pragmatic and robust approach to supporting client group |
