AIMS To assist people who are vulnerable to homelessness and substance misuse by offering tenancy support, social emotional and practical support, acupuncture and advice regarding diet, health and substance use. STATUS Voluntary TARGET GROUP People with a substance use problem and a history of street sleeping or vulnerable housing – particularly if there is a danger of re-occurrence. MODELS OF PRACTICE • Harm reduction Other Services: • Direct Access Hostel • 3 hostels for Chronic Heavy Drinkers • CBT supported flats • Mental Health Supported Houses • Homeless Move on Supported Houses • Supported Flats Rough Sleepers • Supported Flats Mental Health • Home Support • Substance Misuse Support Service • Computer Club – providing training & occupation for service users |
