RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

AIMS
To provide supported living accommodation to people with a history of drug and alcohol misuse. To develop independent living skills. People should stay for 3 months to 1 year.

STATUS
Charity (Southampton Community Church)

TARGET GROUP
People who are clean but need support to maintain a non-misuse lifestyle – schedule 1 offenders or acute mental health clients are not taken. Current users are not taken.

MODELS OF PRACTICE
• House is clean/dry
• People move in on a license agreement
• Run on Christian value basis, also available to people with no faith
• People can access voluntary work, colleges and back to work skills
• Training whilst living at the Sanctuary
• Behavioural model
OPENING HOURS
24 hours but no drop-in service
Office hours: Monday - Friday    9.00am - 5.00pm
