AIMS
To provide an integrated Social Care and Health Care service involving statutory and non-statutory agencies. To promote a more localised, accessible service to residents allowing them the opportunity to make informed choices.

18+ experiencing difficulties associated with the effects of alcohol, other drugs and solvents.

• Group work
• Medical assessment
• Advice and information
• Social care assessment (if necessary)
• Substitute prescribing
• Drug screening
• Onward referral
• Detoxification

Monday - Thursday   9.00am - 4.00pm
Friday   9.00am - 3.00pm
