AIMS
To reduce the harm caused by substance misuse, offering needle exchange, substitute prescribing, care co-ordination, psycho-social interventions and acupuncture.

STATUS
Non-statutory

TARGET GROUP
Drug users and their significant others 18+.

MODELS OF PRACTICE
• Needs-led service leading to maintenance and abstinence
• Harm Reduction
• Assessment and care plans to address client needs
• Advice and education on issues relating to drug use
• One-to-one key working sessions
• Family support for concerned relatives/partners about drug or
  alcohol use
• Auricular acupuncture
